I have posted Flourless Peanut Butter cookies but they are not very good a absorbing milk. Doesn't matter what kind of milk you drink, coconut milk, almond milk or cows milk… This do a better job if your into dipping or dunking.
½ cup almond meal
¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup Peanut Butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
up to ½ cup enjoy life chocolate chips (or regular chips)
375ºF 10-12 minutes
Mix and fold in ingredients with sturdy fork or spoon.
If your not that into chocolate and want to taste more peanut butter ¼ cup of chocolate chips works great
