1 red bell pepper
2 generous tbsp garlic
6 leafs bok choy
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
2 chicken breasts
chop your onion,
Mince your garlic
Quarter your carrots then chop carrots,
Cut your bell pepper into strips
In a large deep pan put onion garlic carrots and bell pepper in pan with a little oil and cook on low till onions are translucent
Add in zucchini
5 min latter add in bok choy and spices
Place lid on pan for 8-10 min
add in chicken keep lid on
stir occasionally until chicken is cooked through
eat as is or over rice, potatoes cauliflower...
