No Soy Stir fry

No soy sauce required for this Dish.

In fact its Quite safe so safe its Soy free, Gluten Free, Grain Free, and Paleo.

Its Quick and easy and perfect for a mid week dinner.



1 red bell pepper


2 generous tbsp garlic

2 zucchini

6 leafs bok choy

1 tbsp basil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

2 chicken breasts




chop your onion,

Mince your garlic

Quarter your carrots then chop carrots,

Cut your bell pepper into strips

Slice zucchini

Chop chicken




In a large deep pan put onion garlic carrots and bell pepper in pan with a little oil and cook on low till onions are translucent

Add in zucchini

5 min latter add in bok choy and spices

Place lid on pan for 8-10 min

add in chicken keep lid on

stir occasionally until chicken is cooked through

eat as is or over rice, potatoes cauliflower...
