Avocado Egg Salad Sandwich on Herb Biscuits Gluten Free, Grain Free,Dairy Free, Paleo

If sandwiches and mayo have been cut out of the diet, don't worry you still can enjoy sandwich.

It may look funny but I think its tastes better then the original.

The biscuits are great for dinner rolls too.


2 avocado

6 eggs

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp basil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp lemon juice


Boil eggs for about 10 minutes

Drain hot water

Run cold water over them and put Ice in the pot

Let cool

Cut avocados in half take seed out and put avocado in a bowl

Add spices and lemon juice

Once eggs are handle-able peal them

Then slice them short ways then long ways unless you have a fancy egg slicer

Put eggs in bowl this avocados

Mash together with a fork and ta-da! egg salad!


Herb Biscuits

1 cup almond flour

½ cup coconut flour

1 tsp salt

½ coconut milk

3 eggs

½ tsp salt

½ tsp baking powder

1tsp basil

½ tsp garlic Powder

½ tsp oregano


375ºF 14- min


Mix all ingredients in one bowl

Put foil on a baking sheet and oil it

take some your dough and make a ball and then smash it down on foil so its only ½ inch tall

repeat till you have 12-15 biscuits

Bake for 375ºF 14 minutes
