His and Hers Spiced Banana Peanut Butter Smoothies

It's a hardy Stick with you smoothie and great for after a workout.

His

3 bananas

2 tbsp peanut butter

¾ cup coconut milk (or dairy milk)

6 strawberries

¼ cup gluten free oats

dash of cinnamon

pumpkin spice

 

Hers

3 bananas

2tbsp peanut butter

¾ cup coconut milk

6 strawberries

dash of cinnamon

pumpkin spice

 

Put all ingredients in a bender

Spices really are to your preferance but I recommend not doing more than 1/2 tsp total

Blend on high

And serve

makes about 20 oz each
