This are still Gluten Free and yeast free,and if you use a non dairy milk and leave out the cheese it is easily dairy free.
This has some ingredients I don't eat but my husband does hence they are For Him.
So no I have not tasted these but the Husband approves.
1 cup rice
1 cup corn starch
¼ cup flax
1 cup milk(or non dairy milk)
½ cup cheese pulse a little for on top(optional)
¼ cup oil
¼ cup honey
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
Pan 375ºF for 20 min
Muffins 375ºF for 15 min
In a bowl mix together all ingredients
pour into 8 x 8 pan or in muffin pan
place in oven
