Chicken Alfredo

in the world of a Celiac looks a little different.

This dish is full of flavor but wont weigh you down. The sauce is light and creamy sauce for pasta or dipping.



 2 chicken breasts

3 zucchini

1 onion

1 bell pepper

2 tbsp no salt

1 generous tbsp garlic

1tsp salt



1 avocado

1can coconut milk

1 tsp no salt

1 tsp powdered garlic

sprinkle coriander 



Chicken& Veggies

Mince your onion, bell pepper and garlic 

In a large pan put the minced onion, bell pepper and garlic with some oil and cook till soft

Cut you chicken in to strips or cubes your choice

Add chicken to pan and  and spices and 

cook till chicken is cooked through



In a pot whisk together all ingredients and simmer for a few minutes 



With a Spiralizer turn your zucchini noodles

Or make gluten free past (or wheat pasta if you eat it)


In a deep pan with oil cook your zucchini noodle to desired softness


And Serve
