Quiche with a Meat Crust

This is a very moist quiche packed with healthy Veggies. Well I don't know of any vegetables that aren't healthy and I only make healthy meals so that shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. We ate this for breakfast and then for dinner it was great both times of the day. Hope you enjoy.

 

Crust

 

1 lb ground beef

½ tsp salt 

2 tsp basil

1 tsp garlic

½ tbsp oregano

 

Filling

 

6 eggs

½ cup fire roasted tomatoes

1 zucchini

1 cup kale(Frozen)

½ onion

1 tbsp garlic

½ tsp salt

3 tsp basil

pinch of thyme

2 pinches of rosemary

½ tsp paprika 

½ oregano

 

For the Crust

Mash meat and spices together

 

For the Filling

mince  in food processor your veggies(zucchini,garlic,onion)

whisk together eggs in a large bowl

then add in veggies and spices till all is mixes

Pour into greased 8x8 pan or Pyrex

Place in oven 

Bake at 375ºF for 40min

Let cool and set for at least 10 minutes 

Then serve
