French Toast with Complete Breakfast

Double Hearty Breakfast of French toast and an Omelet.


Honey Oatmeal Bread

4 eggs

2 tbsp milk


3 tbsp salsa frozen veggies of choice(peas, carrots, spinach, tomatoes)

1/2 cup cheese 


Whisk your eggs and milk together 

I used leftover Homey Oatmeal Muffins and cut them in half or you can use Loaf slices

Let each half muffin soak in egg mixture for 30seconds to a min before placing on oiled pan or griddle 

Let cook till each side is golden brown


With the leftover egg mixture add in salsa and veggies and Whisk

Pour into Skillet to make a Omelet

Grate cheese right over your omelet so you get the right amount and the flip over 1/2 of your omelet


Server and Enjoy!
