Open Faced Berry Pie Cake

Crust

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 tbsp coconut sugar

1 egg 

 

Filling

 

4 eggs

1 tbsp lemon

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/4 maple syrup

3 tbsp coconut flour

2 tbsp almond flour

1/4 coconut oil

1 cup mixed berries

 

350 25-32 minutes

 

mix crust together 

oil 8x8 pyrex pan

mash the crust flat untill it covers the bottom of the pan evenly

 

Whisk all ingredeance except the berries of the filling till smooth

Then stir in the berries

Poor the filling over the crust

Bake 350ºF for 25-32 minutes
