Its starting to feel a little more like fall. I thought I would make a festive dessert that matched.
I’m not a fan of cooked bananas and I’m not totally into pumpkin but put them together with a
little peanut butter and its not too bad.
If you want dairy free, I suggest Enjoy Life chocolate chips
Pre heat 375ºF
Combine pumpkin puree, bananas, and coconut milk
Mash the bananas with a fork or whisk
Add in the rest of the ingredients
(optional step)If you are adding chocolate chips, either mix 1/2 cup into the bread and or sprinkle some on top
Oil a bread pan
Scoop batter into bread pan and bake
375ºF 45 minutes
