Its pumpkin season but why not throw some other yummy things into the Bread. This is Version 2 you can find version 1 here.
I switched some fours around and cooking time. This bread is very moist and gooey in a good way. Hope you enjoy!
Chocolate chips(1/2 cup)
If you want dairy free, I suggest Enjoy Life chocolate chips
Pre heat 350ºF
Combine pumpkin puree, bananas, and coconut milk
Mash the bananas with a fork or whisk
Add in the rest of the ingredients
(optional step)If you are adding chocolate chips, either mix 1/2 cup into the bread and or sprinkle some on top
Oil a bread pan
Scoop batter into bread pan and bake
