For Him Sweet Biscuits

Moist and sweet biscuits for you. If you are not into sweetness just do 1 tbsp of honey or you can try it without but I haven’t tried it yet. I have sweet biscuits with out rice four if you want grain free and dairy free check it out here. Of course you can make this dairy free by subbing in almond milk or your preferred alternative.



  • 1/2 cup milk 

  • 2 eggs

  • cup brown rice

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


Pre heat at 375ºF




  • Whisk together milk and eggs

  • Slowly add in the rest of the ingredients slowly as you whisk

  • Spoon batter onto oiled foil on top of a baking sheet

Bake at 375ºF for 13 minutes


These a moist and my husband liked them better the second day. If your biscuits are not eaten on day one I suggest putting them in the refrigerator.
