Ground Beef Stuffing

A few posts ago I posted a Onion Stuffing with Chicken well here it is with ground beef. I personally like the

chicken one better but we all have are preferences. 

Both are great for Thanks Giving!

 And I am thankful for Stuffing that has no grain or diary, but has flavor!

 

Ingredients:

 

Breading:

 

  • 1/2 potato flour

  • 1/2 potato starch

  • 1 can coconut milk +1/2 cup

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 onion

  • 3 green onions

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp garlic

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp basil

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp  thyme

  • 1/2 tsp rosemary

  • 1 egg

 

Meat:

 

  • 3/4 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 tsp basil 

  • 1/2 tsp paprika 

  • 1/2 tsp thyme 

  • 1/2 tsp rosmary

  • 1/2 tsp basil

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Veggies:

  • 1 cup peas(frozen)

  • 1 cup carrots(Frozen)

pre heat 400ºF 

 

Directions:

 

  • Chop onions, green onion, and cube chicken

  • Mince garlic

  • Set aside

  • yellow onion and garlic in a pan on stove top

  • Place onion and garlic on a bowl

  • In a separate bowl mash meat and its spices till mixed

  • Stir the rest of ingredients in to the bowl with the onions,except meat

  • Mash meat into the thick mixture and 1/2 of the green onions, peas, and carrots

  • Spread in a 9x8’ oiled pan

  • Sprinkle green onion on top 

 

Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes
