“Stuffing” Meatballs

In case you haven't had enough of that Thanksgiving flavor hear is a easy and quick appetizer or dinner.


We are having a thanksgiving food themed week. I have all week off from work and have add a little more time to cook. This are so juicy and flavorful I’m so glad they turned out. Hope you try them even if its not at thanksgiving.

P.S. I forgot to take a picture before I froze them, so thats why they look frosty.





  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 mushroom(I used brown)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp garlic minced

  • 1 tbsp rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp thyme

  • 1/2 tsp sage



Stuffing topper:


  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp garlic

  • dash of salt, rosemary, thyme


Pre heat at 375ºF




  • Take a baking sheet place foil over it 

  • set aside

  • Mince onion, garlic, and mushroom

  • In a medium bowl place all meatball ingredients

  • Mash until mixed (I use my hands)

  • Form your meatballs (I made 9 big ones)

  • In a small bowl whisk together your stuffing topper

  • Either use the whisk or a spoon to place and spread The topper on top of he meatballs

  • Sprinkle rosemary on top


Bake at 375ºF 22 minutes
