Smokey Pea Meatballs

I haven’t had time to cook any thing but quick meals lately. Making meatballs is a easy go dinner to for me. Life has been crazy between moving and work starting, so ill be keeping it simple for a while. I now have a electric stove and I've always had gas so mine turned out a little dry on top the first time, but I will learn to use it and like it.



These meatball are packed with flavor and can go with pasta, rice, potatoes or with bbq sauce...

1 lb ground beef

1 egg or2 tbsp flax meal

5 tbsp peas(frozen)

2 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp curry powder 

1 tbsp basil

2 tbsp garlic(minced)

1/4 tsp sage

1 tsp salt






Pre heat at375ºF 


Cover a baking tray with foil

Take a medium bowl and place all ingredients 

Mash ingredients together(I use my hands) till mixed

Form meat balls (about 9-12)

Place on tray evenly spaced

Place in oven


Bake at 375ºF 20minutes
