Lamb Passover Meal 2017

           I have never cooked lamb before and I think it turned out all right. I didn’t follow a recipe, what fun would that be,

           I took a risk. This was for our mini passover meal for 2.



  • 4 lamb chops

  • 1 onion

  • 3 zucchini

  • 5 tbsp garlic

  • 4 tsp rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp thyme

  • 1/2 tsp coriander 

  • 3 tbsp to1/4 cup lemon(depending on how much u want to taste it)

  • 6 tbsp olive oil




  • Dice your onion and place in a skillet

  • Mince your garlic and place in the skillet

  • Cook onion and garlic in olive oil till onions are translucent 

  • Take a ziplock bag and put rosemary, coriander, lemon and olive oil in



  • once onions and garlic are done add them to the ziplock then add lamb chops and let marinade for a hour.

  • While you wait slick and cook your zucchini in a skillet till desired softness 

  • We also had mashed potatoes so nows a good time to do that too.

  • Now that your lamb is ready get your skillet to medium heat.

  • place your lamb in the skillet and all the herbs and onion too.

  • cook your lamb 3-4 minutes on each side 





I put some of the excess onion herb mix in my potatoes, if you do this just remember that there is lemon in it and everyone may not like that.
