I needed a new sauce and a different flavor. This Sauce is simple, savory, and goes with a lot of meals. I’ve cooked eggs and vegetables in it, and poured it over potatoes and quinoa.
I’ve been taking it easy for the last week after being glutened by spices that exploded in the mail all over a dehydrator I got as gift. It is a very good thing I don’t have to be at work right now, yay summer break.

2 cans of full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut aminos(Coconut Secrets)
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce(Coconut Secrets)
3 tbsp garlic
1 tsp salt
Place onion in a large deep pan with oil and cook till translucent
Stir in garlic
Pour in coconut milk
Once the milk is simmering add in coconut aminos and teriyaki(both are by Coconut secreat)
Stir occasionally and let simmer for 5 minutes
