Chicken Teriyaki

June 6, 2017

I really like teriyaki but I can’t eat the teriyaki sauce I used to. I started to buy the teriyaki sauce by Coconut Secret. But I never cooked with it until recently. I had only put it on some food, that was already cooked, to add flavor.

The sauce is so much better when you cook with it!

This is not a traditional chicken teriyaki, I just uses what was in my fridge.

  • 2 tbsp garlic

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2 green bell pepper

  • 1/2 tsp coriander

  • about 1/2 cup teriyaki Sauce (Coconut Secrets)

  • In a large deep skillet place in onions with some oil and cook till translucent
