Summer Coriander Balls

I don’t always like hot food during the summer but having the right spices can make it feel lighter. I ate these in a coconut wrap but they would be great in a salad too. I made these to freeze and take camping with us, it just makes life easier to bring frozen cooked meat.   • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp coriander

  • 1 tbsp turmeric

  • 1 tbsp basil 

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 dash of nutmeg

  • 3 tbsp garlic



  • Pre heat 375ºF

  • Mince garlic

  • In an bowl place all ingredients 

  • Mash everything together

  • Form meatballs and place on baking tray 

  • Bake for 20 min at 375ºF

  • Eat or Freeze

  • Enjoy!
