Quick and easy way to cook-up some ground beef and veggies.
I have cooked many variations of this during busy times or when I don’t know what to cook.
Pre heat oven 375ºF
You may want to let your frozen veggies thaw a little so you don’t freeze you hands latter
In a 9x13 pyrex or baking pan place veggies and break them apart
Crack in your eggs
Scoop in your Quinoa
Pour in pizza sauce
Add in salt, spices, and garlic
Mix all ingredients well
Add in ground beef
Mash ground beef with hands until mixed in
Smooth out top so that its level
Bake at 375ºF for 30-45 min(should only take 30 but every oven is different)
