How to cook a whole chicken, veggies, and sauce in 30min? and on one baking sheet?

Yes it requires deboning a chicken, slicing veggies but when you work a little for your dinner it tastes even better.
But if you want to you can use just chicken breast or thighs or leg or all.
This dinner is savory, full of flavor and husband approved(he is not a huge fan of chicken)
1 head of cauliflower
3 cloves of garlic
Pre heat oven to 375ºF
On your cutting board slice zucchini
Slice onion in half
Lay cut side down so that you will have half circles when you slice it
(if you would rather just coat the pan with oil then cover everything with oil look to wards the end of the directions coat now)
Place veggies on large baking pan
Place on baking pan
Lay Chicken it on its back
Either take a knife and cut down along the sternum or use chicken shears and cut along sternum
Cut along the ribs to separate the breast
dislocate the hip/leg join then cut along the leg to separate the meat from the bone.
I stop there and save the bones and leave some meat on so I can make bone broth.
Cut chicken into slices place on baking pan
Pour on Coconut Secret garlic sauce you can be generous
Sprinkle on spices and salt (more basil than turmeric)
Pour on up to 1/2 cup of coconut oil on everything and with hands or an implement spread oil and spices all around
Lay every thing evenly
If you want a little more oil or some veggies need more use some olive oil
Place in oven for up to 30 min
Check at 20 min so you don’t have dry chicken
