Making Ground beef flavorful without spices can be tricky.
I know not everyone can have coconut but this recipe is using coconut to give flavor. I’m sorry If you cant eat coconut. My guts need a break right now so I have avoided all spices but salt. I have put this recipe in several dishes which will be what the next few recipes that I will post will be. I am using a lot of coconut based ingredients but that doesn’t mean that everything has to taste like coconut. To give you an idea you can use this meat on a salad, soup, potatoes...Enjoy get creative.
Dice onions and mince garlic
In a skillet cook onions till they are translucent
Add in garlic
Add in meat
Stir and break up the meat
add in the coconut fat and oil
stir and mash it all in
add coconut aminos and salt
simmer and mix till meat is cooked through
and your done
