I know I am posting this during summer but sometimes it doesn’t matter what time of year it is,
you need something to calm your guts and nourish your body.
This is simple and quick if you have already prepped the bone broth and meat.

2 cups bone broth(with onions ands and veggies left in)
10oz additional frozen veggies or 3 handfuls fresh of kale or spinach
one cup of ground beef (Flavorful Spice-less Ground Beef)
chop up yams
Pour the bone broth in to a skillet
During the broth to a simmer
Add in additional veggies fresh or frozen
Once veggies are soft add in meat to warm it up
Add salt to taste or not
If you want to use raw meat add it in after the yams it will take longer to cook and have less flavor. I suggest prepping Flavorful Spice-less Ground Beef so that you can use it throughout the week. (Recipe below)

Dice onions and mince garlic
In a skillet cook onions till they are translucent
Add in garlic
Add in meat
Stir and break up the meat
add in the coconut fat and oil
stir and mash it all in
add coconut aminos and salt
simmer and mix till meat is cooked through
and your done
