This simple guacamole is great for summer. Avocados are actually in season so I feel like I can justify buying them. Avocados are very popular and great for you but my grocery budget gets spent on less fancy things.

I have used this guacamole in salad, with plantain chips, Siesta chips, beet chips, and on chicken.

You can eat them with corn chips or whatever you want but grains are a no for me.

If your stomach allows you to you can add corn and beans too.
