For those of you how have trouble with nightshades. Yes night shades are spices too. Here is a herb blend that goes great on meats. I used to just sprinkle on some herbs and then think this is so bland and boring. Be generous with herbs and if you can be generous with fat. Fat meaning coconut oil and olive oil. Pease eat a well rounded diet as possible with all the food groups you can and eat enough to get the calories your body needs. If all you can handle is vegges and meat then eat a lot of it, your body needs it. You can’t heal your body and starve it!
3 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp rosemary
1 tsp salt
Suggested amounts of meat
Pick what meat you want herbs stretch to cover about 10 LB of meat
Prep BBQ or Pre heat oven to 375º F
In a cup put all herbs and salt
Stir it up
If you need to crush your herbs down to a small manageable size.
Sprinkle over chicken (generous)
Leave about 4 tbsp for the ground beef
2 lb of ground beef or other ground meat
Either 2 egg or 2 tbsp flax with 2 tbsp water
Mash it in
Form meatballs or burgers
Place on grin or on tray for oven.
