Battered Beef Nuggets

Why do we always batter chicken, why not beef?

These are packed with so much flavor. Great for appetizers or with pasta or salad.

If you want the chicken strips that are in the pictures click here. This recipe was created back in 2016 I wanted to re create it and take better pictures but the picture part never happened. I decided to post it with the old pics since its been two years and I still haven't done it. 

I hope you enjoy these flavorful Nuggets.

 

 

“Breading”

 

1 cup almond meal

1 tbsp basil

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

 

Meat

 

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp basil

½ tsp paprika

pinch of salt

 

Directions:

  • Take your meat and basil, paprika, salt and mash them together

  • In a bowl combined almond flour, garlic powder, and salt

  • stir and set aside

  • in a small bowl whisk you eggs

  • set aside

  • Prep your baking sheet with foil and grease it

  • Pre heat your oven to 375ºF

  • Form meat balls

  • Dip in egg let drip a little

  • Roll in “breading”

  • place on sheet and bake

Bake at 375ºF for 20 min
