Egg Free Lamb Herb Meatballs

I really enjoyed having a these to eat for dinner or put into a salad for lunch. You could definitely turn these in to burgers as well. These would be great with mashed potatoes or cauliflower mash. I find it really refreshing to eat a different kind of meat. Then if you use herbs it is refreshing when it is hot out.




  • 2 lb ground lamb

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pap

  • 1 tsp basil

  • 1 tbsp thyme

  • 1 tbsp rosemary

  • 2 tbsp flax

  • 2 tbsp water




Pre-heat 375ºF

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl

  • Mash together with your hands

  • Form into balls by rolling between hands

  • Place on baking sheet thats oiled or has foil on 

  • Place in oven 

  • Cook for 20 minutes 375ºF
