Simple Salmon

I’m pretty picky about seafood since I now live in a land locked state. But I found some frozen Alaskan salmon.

I don’t love the taste of fish but salmon is much more tolerable then other kinds.

The fresher the fish the better it tastes. 







  • 1 salmon fillet 


  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • Dash of salt

  • 1 zucchini



Pre heat oven to 400ºF


  • Mince garlic

  • Shred zucchini

  • Oil a baking tray

  • Place fillet on the tray

  • Sprinkle garlic over the fillet and pat it on so it doesn't roll off

  • Spread zucchini around the fillet and a little on top

  • Drizzle olive oil over everything its ok to be generous 

  • Dash the salt over everything 

  • Place in the oven


Bake for 15 min at 400ºF
