I’m pretty picky about seafood since I now live in a land locked state. But I found some frozen Alaskan salmon.
I don’t love the taste of fish but salmon is much more tolerable then other kinds.
The fresher the fish the better it tastes.
3 cloves of garlic
Dash of salt
Pre heat oven to 400ºF
Oil a baking tray
Place fillet on the tray
Sprinkle garlic over the fillet and pat it on so it doesn't roll off
Spread zucchini around the fillet and a little on top
Drizzle olive oil over everything its ok to be generous
Dash the salt over everything
Place in the oven
Bake for 15 min at 400ºF
