Meatballs are a favorite food of mine. They are easy and pretty hard to mess up.
The curry I use is not that spicy but the pepper and garlic give it a flavor boost but if you don't like pepper
leave it out and they still taste great! This went great with baked butternut squash.
3 lb of ground meat(I did 2 lb beef 1lb turkey, makes it a bit cheeper)
3 garlic cloves minced
2 eggs 3 tbsp curry powder( Spicy which is GF or Frontiers GF but facility is shared)
1 mounding tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper(optional)
Pre heat oven for 375ºF
In a large bowl place all ingredients
Mash with hands till mixed well
Form large meat balls (2.5 inches in diameter)and place on baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes max
