Favorite Meatloaf

          I know meatloaf is not the pretty dish that everyone likes. But, My husband and I really enjoy it

and it makes meal prepping so easy and cheep. If you scroll the bottom of the page you will see what it looked like when I ate it after a workout. Yes I eat a large volume of food. I’m actually shocked when I see how little other people eat. Yes, different lifestyle and genetics...

This recipe is gluten, grain, dairy soy, and nut free

 3 lb Serves 6-12




  • 3-4 lb of ground meat (beef and or turkey)

  • 4 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 eggs

  •  4 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne

  • 1tbsp oregano

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tbsp chia

  • 2 tbsp flax


Optional top Sauces:


  • 2 tbsp tomato paste 1tbsp coconut aminos (or to desired thickness)


  •  3 tbsp salsa on top




Pre Heat oven to 350ºF

  • Get out a baking pan and pre heat oven

  • Dice onions 

  • mince garlic

  • In a skillet with a bit of fat(coconut, gee, avocado)cook onions till translucent 

  • Add in garlic for a few minutes with burner in low

  • In a large bowl place all ingredients

  • Mix and mash with your hands

  • On your baking pan form a loaf this can be a circle, oval, or a rectangle 

  • If you are making a 4 lb meat loaf split it into two and make two loafs it will cook faster and evenly 

  • The loaf should be 3 or 4 inches tall


Bake for 1 hour at 350ºF 

If you split your loaf in to 2 2 pound loafs it may be done as soon as 45 min so check it then.

(Eaten with cauliflower, brussels sprouts, leafy greens)
